This amazing villa has a partial view over the ocean and bonhomme Island. This newly completed villas has a very nice decor with a large living room which opens to the terrace and the pool. The kitchen opens to the living area by a breakfast bar. In this same room, there is a nice dining area for 4 people. Villa les lauriers is located in Anses des cayes st Barths.

The Villa is a 2 BR, with air conditioning (split system - very quiet). The master bedroom is 16 x 20 with cathedral ceiling, natural cypress planking and white rafters. All floors throughout are Saltillo red tiles. The master garden bath is spacious with two shower heads and unique artistic plumbing. The sink is custom made with terra cotta bowls and stone surrounds, a faucet that I designed...
